Creatherm Panels Featured in The S.E.E.D. Home

Creatherm is proud to be featured in the S.E.E.D. Home project by La Mirada Homes.

The home features our radiant floor panels throughout as well as active and passive solar.

Insulation and Structure:
  • Roof – R41 Structural Insulated Panel (SIP)
  • Walls – R34 Composite for exterior walls
    • R27 SIP
    • R5 Foam board under stucco
    • R2 Air space with 2×2 fur out on interior side of SIP walls
  • Floor – R5 Underneath and at perimeter edge, resulting in a completely thermally isolated 4″ exposed aggregate, colored, polished concrete floor
